【Another name】Alum; Potassium alum; Aluminium potassium alum.
【Description】Colorless transparent crystal or powder, taste slightly sweet and astringent. Melting point 92.5℃, 64℃ lost 9 crystal water, 200℃ lost 12 crystal water. Soluble in water and glycerin, aqueous solution is acidic, insoluble in alcohol and acetone.
